This is a convenient way to hold a dock in place without pile or pipe. Using our two stiff arm fittings you can make a stiff arm assembly. The H-SA2 thru bolts into a 2" pipe which is in the ground on shore. Two of the H-SA1's are thru bolted in both ends of a 2"pipe. Tabs included on the side provide a place for cable. You supply the 2" pipe, cable and clamps.Our stiff arm system works great in a location that gets a lot of water level fluctuation and the dock is no more than about 30 feet away and parallel to the shore. Stiff arms are a replacment option for anchoring a dock when driving piles is not an option.
