Rubrail is designed to protect your boat from your dock. We designed our P style rubrail with a sloped bottom half. As boats rock up and down they tend to glance off ours instead of tearing it off the dock. That is just the beginning. Our flexible PVC will not crack, rot or deteriorate when exposed to extreme temperatures. It is unaffected by oil, gas or saltwater and has UV inhibitors to prevent yellowing and deterioration from sunlight. Pile Guides / Pipe Holders We have several types and sizes of pile guides available. Which type you use is sometimes a matter of preference and usability. All of our pile guides have specific uses that vary depending on your location and project size. Pipe holders are typically used for smaller docks on calm bodies of water whereas pile guides are designed for larger diameter piling on large marina projects on rough water. Ladders Merco's pipe ladders are constructed using 6063 T5 marine grade aluminum 1.25 inch pipe, tig welded for maximum strength. Each ladder rung is extruded with grooves to give you a non-skid surface. Ladders can be used for both salt and fresh water applications and can be used for docks or seawalls. Gangways Our all-aluminum gangways are 100% welded and offer a detachable handrail for easy shipping. All gangways come standard with partial width UHMW (ultra high molecular weight) rollers, removable handicap access end plate, and a horizontal hinge assembly at the shore side. The 6061-T6 extruded ribbed decking offers excellent skid resistance in wet and dry weather. All fasteners are stainless steel. Give us a call or contact us online for other sizes. Gangways under 30' have the option for welded handrail. Gangways over 30' require welded handrail and removable handrail is not an option for lengths over 30'. Personal Watercraft Lifts The goal of any Personal Watercraft Lift is to get your craft out of the water. Our most poplular lift is the Permaport PWC lift. It's as simple as driving on then pushing off. No electric pumps, motors, or air compressors are need for this type of lift. Having the ablility to get your watercraft out of the water will minimize wear an tear on your boat. It measures 62" wide x 138" long x 12" depth, it weights 240 lbs. It can only ship via freight. Its buoyancy is 1,800 lbs. The rollers are all self centering rollers, with the first roller being a self aligning roller to guide your craft to the center of the permaport. The roller brackets are stainless steel, so they won't rust. The shell is one piece rotationally molded, and foam filled. Hardware (not included) can be used with either fixed, or floating docks. Pump Dock Merco Marine's 12' x 12' and 16' x 16' vertical pump docks can support 200-500 HP pumps for agriculture, water and waste water applications. The 2 sections of this rugged steel platform can be easily bolted together on site. Comes complete with floats, grate-lock decking and plate for pump. Entire unit is hot dipped galvanized for long service. The base unit has 9950# of flotation. Walkways and other accessories are also available.
