Work Platform
Merco Marine has a 4' x 8' work platform kit that is great for one person working on boats in the water, or for doing maintainance on your docks or marina. The kit includes angles, washer plates, bolts, rubrail, nails for rubrail and 2 - 20" wide, x 72" long x 8" high floats. You supply 4 - 2" x 8" x 8' pressure treated boards and 1 piece of pressure treated plywood. The platform will support 300lbs, it has 764lbs of flotation. Add 2 HL-SM to use for tying off the platform so it doesnt float away. Add gray diamond pattern vinyl matting for as shown below.
