Merco can manufacture your entire marina right here in our plant in Wellsburg, WV. Send us requirements and we will provide you with a quote and working drawings of your project. We will then manufacture your dock sections including all attaching components, accessories, floats, and any utility runs that you may need. All you have to do when it gets to your site is drop the sections in the water and pin them together. We lay out your marina in our state of the art computer aided drafting system to be manufactured with pinpoint accuracy. Here is a look at the typical design process from start to finish.

• You provide us with what you are looking to accomplish.
• Our specialized sales representatives will provide you a quote for your entire project, including delivery costs.
• Our design department will work with you and provide you drawings for you to review and revise as needed. 
• After you have signed off on the project we will begin the construction process. We are capable of building large marinas (several hundred linear feet of dock) within a matter of weeks depending on the size of your project.
• After sections (typically 20' - 40' in length) are completed, we load them onto a truck and ship them to you as required.
• We send you main sections first, followed by fingers. The sections are generally loaded onto the trucks in the order that they are needed to be placed in the water.
• Most of the time you will need to contract a pile driver locally to work with you on assembly to get your anchoring in the correct locations.
